HEETS Dubai: Your TEREA Match for Every HEETS Flavour
HEETS Dubai: What to Buy in 2026
Looking for HEETS in Dubai? HEETS are the tobacco sticks for older blade-heated IQOS devices such as IQOS 3 DUO and IQOS ORIGINALS. The current IQOS range in the UAE is built around IQOS ILUMA, which heats TEREA sticks by induction and does not use HEETS at all. This page shows you the TEREA flavour that matches your HEETS, what each one costs in Dubai, and how to switch without losing the taste you like.
TEREA Outlet does not sell HEETS. We specialise in TEREA sticks and IQOS ILUMA devices. Every popular HEETS flavour has a TEREA match: HEETS Amber becomes TEREA Amber, HEETS Turquoise becomes TEREA Turquoise, and so on. TEREA cartons start at AED 120, IQOS ILUMA i ONE starts at AED 160, and we deliver within 1 hour in Dubai with cash or card on delivery.
HEETS vs TEREA: The Key Difference
Both HEETS and TEREA are heated tobacco sticks from Philip Morris International, and both are heated rather than burned. What separates them is how the heat gets in.
| HEETS | TEREA | |
|---|---|---|
| Heating method | A heating blade inside the holder pushes into the tobacco | A sealed metal element inside each stick is heated by induction (SMARTCORE) |
| Devices | IQOS 3 DUO, IQOS 3, IQOS ORIGINALS DUO and older models | IQOS ILUMA, ILUMA ONE, ILUMA PRIME and every ILUMA i model |
| Cleaning | Blade needs regular cleaning | No blade, so no cleaning of a blade and no broken blades |
| Pack | 20 sticks per pack, 10 packs per carton | 20 sticks per pack, 10 packs per carton |
| Cross-compatible? | No. HEETS do not work in IQOS ILUMA, and TEREA do not work in blade devices. | |

Which Device Do You Have?
IQOS 3 DUO, IQOS 3 or ORIGINALS
Your device has a heating blade and needs HEETS. It cannot heat TEREA. To use TEREA you need an IQOS ILUMA device. See can you use TEREA in IQOS 3 DUO.
IQOS ILUMA, ILUMA ONE or ILUMA PRIME
Your device has no blade and only works with TEREA. Do not insert HEETS. Pick your match from the chart above.
Any IQOS ILUMA i model
ILUMA i ONE, ILUMA i and ILUMA i PRIME all use TEREA only, with the same taste across every model.
BONDS by IQOS
BONDS uses BLENDS sticks, not HEETS and not TEREA. It is the lowest-cost IQOS device, at AED 100 for BONDS by IQOS.
Switching From HEETS to TEREA in Dubai
- Choose an IQOS ILUMA device. IQOS ILUMA i ONE from AED 160 is the easiest all-in-one start. If you smoke through the day, ILUMA i from AED 265 gives you back-to-back sessions from its pocket charger. Not sure? Read ILUMA i vs i ONE vs i PRIME.
- Pick your TEREA match. Use the chart above. Order one carton of your usual taste plus one carton of something new, so you have a back-up while you settle in.
- Give it a week. Induction heating tastes cleaner than a blade, and most HEETS smokers say TEREA feels slightly smoother. If it feels light, step up a level using our TEREA strength chart.
- Get delivery or visit us. We deliver within 1 hour in Dubai, 2 hours in Sharjah and Ajman and 12 hours across the UAE. Or come to our store on the ground floor of DAMAC Majestine Tower, Business Bay, where we set up your IQOS ILUMA on the spot.
Why HEETS Are Harder to Find in Dubai
As IQOS moves its range to ILUMA and TEREA, fewer shops keep fresh HEETS cartons in stock. If you do buy HEETS anywhere in the UAE, check that every pack carries the UAE Digital Tax Stamp, that the factory seal is intact and that the print is sharp. The same checks apply to TEREA, and we explain them in our guide on how to spot fake and original TEREA.
