TEREA Turquoise Uzbekistan Flavour: A Cooling Stick Built for Dubai Heat

Turquoise leads with peppermint menthol, cool from the first puff and steady through the whole stick. The tobacco underneath is lightly toasted rather than heavy, so the cooling doesn’t have to fight a strong tobacco pull to come through.

There’s no capsule and no fruit hiding underneath, this is a straightforward menthol-and-tobacco stick, medium in strength rather than an icy blast. Walk out of the AC into a Dubai afternoon and this is the stick built for exactly that moment.

This page describes the Uzbekistan edition specifically. TEREA sells Turquoise under other origins too, and flavor character can shift between them, so if you’ve tried a Turquoise stick somewhere else and it tasted different, that’s likely why.

Who This Stick Is For

Turquoise works well if:

• You used to smoke menthol cigarettes and want that cooling character in a heated tobacco stick
• You want cooling as the main note, not a background touch under fruit or berry
• You’re often moving between air conditioning and Dubai’s outdoor heat and want something refreshing
• You’ve found Summer Wave too light on cooling and want it turned up

Look elsewhere if you want fruit in the mix. Purple Wave keeps a cooling finish but leads with dark berry instead, and the Pearl capsule sticks like Provence Pearl let you choose between plain tobacco and a fruit-menthol combination in the same stick.

Compatibility: ILUMA and ILUMA i Only

Turquoise runs on the same SMARTCORE induction heating used across IQOS ILUMA, ILUMA i Standard, ILUMA i One, and ILUMA i Prime. No blade runs through the stick, so heat spreads evenly from the first draw to the last.

It will not work in IQOS 3 DUO or any older blade-based device. Check the port on your holder: ILUMA devices have a smooth opening with no visible blade, while older models show a thin metal blade inside.

How to Check Yours Is Genuine

Turquoise is one of the faster-selling flavors in the range, which makes it a more common target for counterfeit stock. A few things to check on arrival:

• UAE Digital Tax Stamp: a small stamp on the pack confirming the product has cleared UAE customs and tax registration
• Bilingual health warnings: printed in both Arabic and English on the pack, as UAE regulation requires
• ESMA and MoIAT compliance markings: the packaging should carry markings tied to the UAE’s Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology and Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology requirements for tobacco products sold in the country

If a pack you’ve received is missing any of these, contact our team and we’ll look into it directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does TEREA Turquoise actually taste like? Cool peppermint menthol over a lightly toasted tobacco base. There’s no fruit and no capsule, so the cooling stays the main note from the first puff to the last.

How strong is the cooling? Medium. It’s built to be refreshing without an icy, overwhelming hit, closer to a steady menthol cigarette than an extreme cooling stick.

How do I know my pack is genuine? Check for the UAE Digital Tax Stamp, bilingual Arabic-English health warnings, and ESMA/MoIAT compliance markings on the packaging. All of ours carry these, and we can confirm current stock details if you have any doubt.

How many puffs does one stick give? Approximately 14 puffs per stick, spread across roughly a 6-minute session.

How much nicotine is in each stick? Approximately 0.5 mg of nicotine per stick, in line with other TEREA sticks in the Uzbekistan range.

Will this work in my IQOS 3 DUO? No. Turquoise is built for the bladeless SMARTCORE system in IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i devices only, and is not compatible with IQOS 3 DUO or any blade-based model.

How fast is delivery in Dubai? Orders placed before the daily cut-off arrive in Dubai within 1 hour. Sharjah and Ajman follow within 2 hours, and the rest of the UAE within 12 hours.
