About TEREA Outlet in Dubai
The TEREA Shop Dubai Built Around One Idea
TEREA Outlet is an independent TEREA shop Dubai customers can walk into: a store on the ground floor of DAMAC Majestine Tower, Business Bay, stocking 71 TEREA flavours from Japan, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Italy and Switzerland, plus IQOS ILUMA i, BONDS by IQOS with BLENDS, and RELX. We built it around one idea: you should not have to visit three shops to find your usual carton.
TEREA Outlet, Ground Floor, DAMAC Majestine Tower, Business Bay, Dubai. Open Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Phone and WhatsApp +971 50 430 6602, email tereaoutlet@gmail.com. We deliver within 1 hour in Dubai and to all seven emirates, and sell to adults aged 18 and over only.
Our Story
Most stores in Dubai carry a handful of TEREA best sellers. We carry the range, with every origin on the same shelf and every carton priced in AED, so you can compare at a glance. We are a TEREA specialist first: we sell the sticks, the IQOS devices that heat them, and we give straight answers when you are not sure which flavour or device to choose.
- Business Bay: our shop opens on the ground floor of DAMAC Majestine Tower.
- August 2026: we launch tereaoutlet.ae for online ordering.
- September 2026: we add BONDS by IQOS and BLENDS, and start publishing practical TEREA guides.
- 2026: the IQOS ILUMA i Electric Purple collection arrives across all three models.

How We Check Product Authenticity
Counterfeit heated tobacco exists, and it can taste wrong or fail to heat. We only sell factory-sealed stock, and every carton passes six checks:
- Factory seal intact on the carton and every pack
- Sharp, correctly spelled print and logos
- Matching batch codes on pack and carton
- Sticks that fit and heat normally in IQOS ILUMA
- The UAE Digital Tax Stamp issued under the Federal Tax Authority scheme
- Stock kept sealed and away from heat until it is sold
Run the same checks yourself: how to check if a heated tobacco product is genuine.
Delivery, Payment and Returns
Order online or on WhatsApp. Dubai orders arrive within 1 hour, Sharjah and Ajman within 2 hours, and the rest of the UAE within 12 hours, for orders before our daily cut-off. Pay cash or card on delivery. Damaged, faulty or wrong items can be returned within 7 days. See delivery and shipping, returns and refunds, terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

Real help
A team that uses these products and will match you to a flavour or device in minutes.
Meet the Team
Our Business Bay team handles every order personally, from the WhatsApp message to the moment the driver leaves. Between us we have tried every TEREA flavour we sell, so when you ask which stick is closest to your old cigarette or which ILUMA suits your day, you get an honest answer from someone who knows. Our guides are written by the same team, the TEREA Outlet Team, using what customers ask us in store.
Customer Reviews
Our reviews appear exactly as customers leave them on independent platforms. We never edit, filter or pay for reviews. Read our Google reviews or our Trustpilot profile, and write a review after your order.
Responsible Retail
We sell tobacco and nicotine products to adults aged 18 and over only, in store and online, and we do not make health claims about any product. Tobacco products contain nicotine, which is addictive. Read our full disclaimer.
