What does FlexPuff do?

4. Is Your ILUMA Low on Charge or Too Hot?

Charge it fully

Charge the holder before you judge the stick. On models with a pocket charger, IQOS also says to check that the charger itself has enough battery to charge the holder.

Watch for white flashing lights

White flashing lights mean your IQOS might be outside its operating temperature range, says IQOS. If it’s cold, warm it in your hand for at least a minute. If it’s hot, let it cool down.

Try a restart
